Conversation with John James, Gabriel Don and Jasmine Dreame Wagner.

John James is the author of The Milk Hours, selected by Henri Cole for the Max Ritvo Poetry Prize and published in June 2019 by Milkweed Editions. His poems appear in Boston Review, Kenyon Review, Gulf Coast, Poetry Northwest, Best American Poetry 2017, and elsewhere. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he is pursuing a PhD in English at the University of California, Berkeley.

Jasmine Dreame Wagner is an American poet, multimedia artist, and musician. She is the author of On a Clear Day (Ahsahta Press) and Rings(Kelsey Street Press), winner of the Kelsey Street Press Firsts! Prize; and six chapbooks: The Stag(Dancing Girl Press), Ask (Slope Editions), Seven Sunsets (The Lettered Streets Press), Rewilding(Ahsahta Press), Listening for Earthquakes(Caketrain), and True Crime (NAP). http://www.songsaboutghosts.com/

Gabriel Don is a multidisciplinary artist who works in a variety of mediums: a filmmaker, artist, photographer, musician and writer. She has been published in numerous online and print publications. She received her MFA in creative writing at The New School, where she worked as the Reading Series and Chapbook Competition Coordinator and currently teaches writing at BMCC. Her short stories are forthcoming in publications such as Gargoyle 70 and her poetry collection, Living Without Skin, was just released with A Gathering of The Tribes, Fly By Night Press. Born in Australia, raised in Singapore and Dubai, Don now resides in New York City.
